"I did not make a purchase yet but I was very impressed with the sales staff and their knowledge. I went in with a friend to look at some bikes on Tuesday 9/15/09. I haven't owned a bike for years and I was not sure what I was looking for. My last bike was 1986 Honda Shadow 1100. I did have a Suzuki Bandit 650 for a few month a year ago. It made me nervous, not the right bike for me. When I went in I started looking at the new Versy's and the V-Strom. I did some research on both of these bikes and they are really good bikes. But when I sat on them they just didn't feel right for me. Then I looked at some new cruisers and some used stuff but I just can't seem to make up my mind. Anyway, through all that my sales person was very helpful and very knowing of the different bikes that I was looking at. I left the store after being there about 2 hours with a lot of things to think about. Things that I never really took into consideration before. Thanks to the sales staff I am thinking a lot clearer about riding and what type of motorcycle I would feel most comfortable on. My sales person was Jim Whitehead. Between him and several other staff members I feel more educated now on the pluses and minuses of the different types of motorcycles out there and more secure on making the right choice for whats best for me. I will be buying a bike very soon and I trust that I will be buying it at Grand Prix!!

"I would not shop any where else. My shopping experience was wonderful. The salesman that my husband and I were working with was GREAT!!!!! We listened to what we wanted and he got us on the right machine. The service department was great. Sean was awesome. All of our questions were answered. We also purchsed parts. The parts employee was very helpful in getting my husband and I geared up for our ride. Over all I am very happy with my experience with Grand Prix and it's employees. "
