"Stopped in 3 different times to look at bikes and Glenn was awesome, not pushy or high pressure, he just took his time and got to know us and never seemed upset when I came into look. Finally got a great price on a 2005 Kawasaki Vulcan Nomad 1600 and I love the bike, we liked it so much we came back the very next day and bought another bike for my wife! "I came into GPM after having a very disappointing experience at Faye Myers. Being 5'1'' and wanting a sport-bike, my options seemed to be very limited, so I can't begin to explain how happy I am that I made the decision to go to GPM that day. Steve Bennett (sales) spent so much time with me, explaining options, answering questions, and pointing out things I had not considered. I knew what bike I wanted (Kawasaki ER-6N) but felt it was too tall. Steve convinced me to take it out for a spin and I fell in love. Without him, I wouldn't have that bike. Sage and Rob were an absolute blast to work with and I would definitely do business with them again. Sean in service was awesome - taking the time to point things out and listening to my questions and concerns. Someone told me that working at GPM is like being with your family. After my experience there, I can totally see how that is true. Thanks guys!"

"I came to look at options for my first motorcycle. Chad assisted me and answered all my questions and was a great help. I didn't find what I wanted in your stock but he checked in with me regularly to let me know if they had anything new etc. He helped me do some test rides to see how bikes fit. In the end I found what I wanted from a private seller and even after that Chad checked up with me to make sure things were good. As a result I bought my riding gear from you and plan to bring my new bike to you for servicing."

"I did not make a purchase yet but I was very impressed with the sales staff and their knowledge. I went in with a friend to look at some bikes on Tuesday 9/15/09. I haven't owned a bike for years and I was not sure what I was looking for. My last bike was 1986 Honda Shadow 1100. I did have a Suzuki Bandit 650 for a few month a year ago. It made me nervous, not the right bike for me. When I went in I started looking at the new Versy's and the V-Strom. I did some research on both of these bikes and they are really good bikes. But when I sat on them they just didn't feel right for me. Then I looked at some new cruisers and some used stuff but I just can't seem to make up my mind. Anyway, through all that my sales person was very helpful and very knowing of the different bikes that I was looking at. I left the store after being there about 2 hours with a lot of things to think about. Things that I never really took into consideration before. Thanks to the sales staff I am thinking a lot clearer about riding and what type of motorcycle I would feel most comfortable on. My sales person was Jim Whitehead. Between him and several other staff members I feel more educated now on the pluses and minuses of the different types of motorcycles out there and more secure on making the right choice for whats best for me. I will be buying a bike very soon and I trust that I will be buying it at Grand Prix!!
